Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TKG Tech World Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules and procedures regarding cancellations and refunds for our services, including app development, website development, software solutions, and consultancy services.

By availing our services or submitting a project request, you agree to this policy.


1. Cancellation Policy

a. Before Project Start

  • Clients can request project cancellation before work begins.
  • Full refund of the advance payment will be provided, minus any administrative charges if applicable.

b. After Project Commencement

  • Once the project work has started (design, coding, research, or planning), cancellations are partially refundable.
  • Refund amount will be calculated based on:
    • Work completed up to the cancellation date
    • Resources and hours already spent
  • Administrative or operational charges may apply.

c. Non-Cancellable Services

  • Any services that have been fully delivered or completed, including fully designed websites, completed apps, or custom software modules, cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are eligible only if services are not delivered as per agreement or due to company’s fault.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of service delivery or project start, whichever applies.

b. Refund Procedure

  1. Submit a written request to contact@tkgtechwrld.com with your project details.
  2. Our team will review the request within 7 working days.
  3. Refund will be processed through the original payment method within 14 working days after approval.

c. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Any advance payment or milestone payment for work already started
  • Payment for consultancy, research, or strategy sessions already provided
  • Transaction charges or bank/UPI/Payment gateway fees

3. Payment Disputes

  • Clients must report payment disputes within 15 days of transaction.
  • We reserve the right to investigate disputes and decide resolution according to project records and agreements.

4. Modifications to Services

  • Scope changes requested after project start may result in additional costs.
  • These changes do not qualify for refunds if agreed and work has commenced.

5. Termination by Company

  • TKG Tech World Pvt. Ltd. may terminate any project or service if:
    • Client fails to provide necessary information or feedback
    • Client violates terms & conditions, website policies, or payment terms
    • Legal or regulatory reasons require project termination
  • Refund in such cases will be partial, considering work done and resources spent.
